Well, it all begins tomorrow, the casting aside of meat, alcohol, dairy, caffeine, fun and flavor. But not farts, not even close - I've heard horror stories and for me it's already begun.
But to get you up to speed, Zephir, Doug, Emily, Brianna and me are all blogging our experiences during this detox for the bemusement of those of you who can go into a pub and order more than a glass of water with lemon (but only in the morning!).
